MTV graphic design reality competition

MTV are looking for entrants for their graphic design reality competition. Each week the teams are given a brief that they need to produce media for. The results are then judged by a panel of experts.
The experts names have not yet been released but there’ll be someone from the world of business who’ll play the client, there’ll be an artist who’ll play the designer, an advertising or music promo director, etc… The experts will judge the teams work and give comments and critique based on the quality of the final product and the ways different mediums are used - each team will have a designer, a film maker, an animator and a sound designer on it.
The designers chosen to take part will be flown to NY and put up in accommodation. There’s also a top team prize of $400,000 US Dollars and a load of HP design gear to win.
or more info on the competition visit http://www.mtvengineroom.com/

SWGEmu Logo

Hello! the folks over at the SWGEmu Project asked me to come up with the new look for their website!

SWGEmu is a project aimed at emulating the official Star Wars Galaxies Pre-Combat Upgrade servers after the original game was destroyed by Sony. Over the last 2.5 years they have researched and documented the protocol used between the SWG client and the Live Server. By doing this they were able to build their own server daemon from the ground up, which allows those that miss the old SWG the most, to enjoy the experience with other veterans once again. Every single line of code (over 2 million!) in their software has been written by the development team, on their own free time, with absolutely no corporate funding.

In-Game Store Poster

Hello! a friend of mine asked me if I could come up with a poster for his In-Game Store and this is the result.

Hello Again! this is my new take on the Washproof Studios Logo, I received an email...

"hey dude, your logo is sweet! it looks like it has a hidden message in there somewhere, and the oof/007 thing is for James Bond? was just wondering :)" from Jamma-Man.

Well Jamma-Man, the OOF/007 device is not realy to do with Bond. The original 007 agent was in fact a man called John Dee, Ian Flemming based his Bond character on Dee, also if you have ever seen the original Bond flick you will know Bond was a turban wearing mistic and nothing like the modern day character.

Dee was the original medievil British Agent to Queen Elizabeth I, founder of The Order of the Helmet & later the Hellfire Club (modern day MI5/6) and mentor to Frances Bacon, so its my ode to him to be honest.

As for the A-Sun symbol, this symbol has been used since around 1780 and is used to symbolize Knowledge, Enlightenment and Illumination.

So yes your right the symbology used does have hidden meanings, I have used them in my logo to show that I am "in the know" and an avid student of esoteric symbolisum and the ancient schools of the Arts, knowledge and understanding.

And the name Washproof? its a secret :P maybe I will tell you that silly story another time...Hope you like it, Washproof
